Gearbox General Information

A Gearbox is a mechanical method of transferring energy from one device to another and is used to increase torque while reducing speed.A Gearbox can also change the speed , torque or direction of mechanical energy.Due to continous improvements , various types of gearbox are available as per customers requirements.

Types Of Gear Boxes:

Worm Gear Drive

A Worm gear drive consists a long , cylindrical device , with a spiraling groove that intersects with the teeth of a wheel - like gear.A worm gear drive is used to transmit motion between non intersecting perpendicular shaft & the cylindrical worm is always the drive gear.

Parallel Shaft Helical Gearbox

We are engaged in manufacturing & supplying helical gearbox made up of high grade CI casting body  &  alloy steel hardened gears.These gearbox are available in one , two stage reduction with wide  range of  output ratios as peer requirements of the clients.These gearbox are generally used in cranes , steel  industry , sugar industry etc.

Universal Worm Gear Motors

Motorised worm gear units are reliable speed reducer type for all applications. Worm gear unit are available with a standard gear ratio range of 5 : 1  to  70 : 1.Due to variable mounting options (i.e. Foot, Flange & Shaft mounting) they allow design flexibility required by clients.

Helical Gear Motors

We are engaged in supplying wide range of helical geared motors to our clients which are manufactured in various sizes by our professional vendors.The gear motor units are available in different sizes & can also be customized as per the clients specification.These units are available in both foot & flange mounting options.

Extruder Duty Helical Gearbox

These series of gearbox are in double & single reduction parallel shafts.The use of these gearbox overcome the problems of seperate alignment of electric motors , gearbox & transmission lines. The inline direct assembly of hollow output shaft to screw barrel of the machines saves ample space & makes installation easy.These gearbox are usually used in plastic , moulding & laminating industry. Shaft Mounted Speed Reducers

SMSR Gearbox are compact , totally enclosed and are designed for direct mounting on the drive shaft of the equipment to be driven.The direct mounting principle assures positive & permanent alignment of the speed reducer & the driven machine. These gearbox permits convinient location of the motor, minimizing space requirements & layout problems.

Bevel ~ Helical Gears Unit

These types of gearbox are designed for high torque applications.The input & output shafts in Bevel / Helical gearbox are perpendicular to each other.We offer wide ratio range which gives different speeds  to match design demands.These gearbox are available in both hollow & solid shaft options as per   customers requirement.
